As an artist, Liz was drawn to the elaborate costume and powerful aesthetic of ATS®, now FCBD® Style format. Liz first began studying with Megha in 1999 and when Megha returned to Alabama, she quickly became a professional level dancer with Devyani Dance Company in 2004. She soon became an assistant director of Devyani and when Megha moved to Texas, Liz co-founded Birmingham, Alabama’s Dala Dance Company. Striving for excellence in all she does, Liz has immersed herself into her FCBD® education by completing General Skills numerous times, Teacher Training, Teacher Training 2, Advanced Teacher Training in 2015 and recently Technique for Teachers. As a Fat Chance Continuing Education Instructor (FCCE), she shares her passion and extensive knowledge of FCBD® with students and in workshops all over the country.
