In the world of Group Improvisational Dance, eye contact is a powerful tool that goes beyond simple connection—it's the key to achieving true synergy. Inspired by fascinating research into animal behavior, we’ll explore how their use of eye contact for survival can illuminate the higher functions of human connection. This workshop delves into the invisible energy exchanged through a gaze—how some interactions lift our spirits, while others may not. Learn how to harness this energy, avoid its potential pitfalls, and empower yourself to feel confident and strong. Join us as we unlock the secrets of eye contact, transforming your dance experience into something deeply fulfilling and joyful.
