This slow spine undulation is one of those beautiful movements that not only feels wonderful in the body, but also mesmerizes the audience.
But how do we get more range of motion while still isolating the movement in the spine? Why do the arms want to "swim" and how can we keep that from happening? How exactly is the floreo layered on the step?
Join DeAnna in this inspirational workshop that will not only break down the technique in great detail, but will also help you find more range of motion, better isolation and most importantly, learn how to find the movement within your own anatomy.
We begin with a short anatomy lecture, followed by a quick and effective warm up, technique breakdown and plenty of drills!
