As an artist, Liz was drawn to the elaborate costume and powerful aesthetic of ATS®, now FCBD® Style format. Liz first began studying with Megha in 1999 and when Megha returned to Alabama, she quickly became a professional level dancer with Devyani Dance Company in 2004. She soon became an assistant director of Devyani and when Megha moved to Texas, Liz co-founded Birmingham, Alabama’s Dala Dance Company.
