Since she was a child, she found in dance a space for freedom and expression.
She studied folkloric dances and flamenco in small schools in her village. At the age of 18, she enrolled in the professional flamenco school “Marta de la Vega” in Madrid, where she obtained the 1st and 2nd year of ACADE while continuing her studies in teaching.
When she started working as a primary teacher, she had to leave the flamenco school, but her need to keep in touch with dance led her to try “oriental dances”. What begins as a hobby will end up being her profession after more than 20 years of study in various styles: Classical Oriental Dance, Bollywood, Bharatanatyam, Tribal Fusion, FCBDstyle... Training through regular classes and intensive workshops with great national teachers (Morgana, Ilhaam, Saada Troupe, Eva Chacón, Ester Blanco) and international teachers (Carolena Nericcio-Bohlman and Megha Gavin, Philippa Moirai, Jesse Stranbridge, Kristine Adams, Kae Montgomery, Maho Beaomount, Anasma, Jill Parker, Claudia Cenci, Kathy Stalman, Suny Singh).
She has been part of dance companies such as Shurka and Haima, Bailamos Bollywood, Saada Tribal Group, Dolunai, Carvanserai Tribe, Gea... in national and international tours (France, Mexico, England, Italy...).
In 2008 she moved to London, where she met the "pure" FCBD style with Philipa Moirai and Jesse Stanbridge and fell in love with it.
In 2014 she gets certified as Sister Studio in Essex (UK), her daughter is born and she opens her own dance studio in Madrid: Lotus Project.
She has worked as a dance teacher since 2010 in various cultural centers, schools and oriental dance schools with adults and children. She loves to share her knowledge with students because she unites her two passions: Dance and Teaching. She considers that teaching is a beautiful way to keep learning.
She is currently immersed in the study and dissemination of FCBDstyle, with her tribe “Lotus Tribe”.
She is passionate about the body and all its prisms. That's why her training is constant:
