How often do you think about your feet? For most of us, the answer is only when something hurts.
This class is an invitation to change that. We'll start slow, warming and strengthening the feet, ankles, and knees, and building the balance and awareness that makes everything above them easier. From there, we'll take that connection into the three fast positions and the transitions between them. We'll work with drills built on our four basic movements, so the upper body stays familiar and comfortable and your attention can stay right where we want it: on your feet.
Livestream will be recorded and added to our course library immediately following.
