Pat Your Head and Rub Your Tummy: Part Four - Wet Dog
Challenging Your Coordination
Kelley is back in Part Four of this five-part series with her brilliant teaching methods!
This time we're working with oppositions as we attempt to Pat Our Heads and Rub Our Tummy!
While we definitely will be trying this exercise, this course is focused on getting out of our muscle memory and really feeling the opposition in the different quadrants of our bodies...top and bottom, left and right.
