Does your Torso Rotation ever feel like you are pushing to get all the way around, and your low back is the one paying for it?
In this class we look at how a spinal twist actually works. Where rotation naturally lives in the spine, how little of it the low back is designed to give, and how the ribs, the obliques and the breath all take part. Once you know what is available to you, the whole movement changes shape.
Then we put it to work with tips and drills. We will build the strength that carries the rotation and the mobility that lets it happen, so the movement comes from support rather than from forcing or bending into the low back. Slow, felt, repeatable.
The goal is not a bigger twist. It is a twist you can feel, one that comes from the right places and still looks calm and unhurried from the outside.
Livestream will be recorded and added to our course library immediately following.
