Reverse Turn & Ribcage
Add the Reverse Turn, then discover the simple, beautiful isolation of the Ribcage Rotation, with a quick drill to keep it loose.
Pulse Turn & Recovery

The Pivot Bump Family
Grow the Pivot Bump family with the Reach and Sit, the Single Bump with its pivots, travels and Half Turn, and the often overlooked Double Bump.
Combinations & Flow
Put it together with the punchy (Chico) Four Corners and the Box Step, taught by its creator, then dance it all in a flow with Yuri. You’ve completed Level One Plus!
Ready for Level Two!
You’ve added the steps that bridge Level One and Level Two. When they feel solid, continue to Intermediate: twelve weeks that take your FCBD®Style foundation further. Share your progress and tag FCBD®U so we can celebrate with you!
Good to know
Do I need to finish Fundamentals first?
Yes, we recommend it. Level One Plus builds on everything in Fundamentals (Level One) and bridges to Intermediate (Level Two).
Why “Level One Plus”?
These steps are technically Level Two, but many teachers introduce them in Level One. Learning them now makes Intermediate feel like a natural next step.
Is it really included in my membership?
Yes. Every class on this page is part of your FCBD®U membership. There’s nothing extra to buy.
What if I fall behind?
Go at your own pace. Your classes stay in your library, so you can pick up where you left off or repeat a week any time.
What do I need to get started?
Comfortable clothes and a little space to move. For the restorative practice in Week Three, have a couple of pillows, two towels and two blocks if you have them.
How do I track my progress?
Each class on this page shows your progress bar once you’ve started it, and many classes award their own certificate when you complete them. The workbook helps you track all five weeks.
What comes after Level One Plus?
When these steps feel solid, continue to Intermediate (Level Two), twelve weeks that take your FCBD®Style foundation further.
Will more classes be added?
Yes! We add to this series regularly, so check back and watch our newsletter for updates.
Your next step starts here.
Uniting the world through dance, one turn, one bump, one step at a time.
